1. Agreement to Terms

By utilizing the information, consultation forms, and application channels on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using our advisory portal.

2. Advisory & Counseling Scope

Abroad Study Experts operates as an authorized education facilitator for accredited Vietnamese medical institutions. Our services encompass:

• Assisting students in university selection compliant with the National Medical Commission (NMC) FMGL regulations.
• Document verification, MEA Apostille guidance, certified Vietnamese translations, and admission dossier compilation.
• Visa application coordination and guidance for obtaining the official Letter of Invitation (LOI).
• Airport reception, campus accommodation enrollment, and initial settling assistance in Vietnam.

3. Candidate Obligations & Document Authenticity

Candidates and their sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute truthfulness and authenticity of all submitted academic transcripts, NEET scorecards, and identity certificates. Submission of forged or falsified documents will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of registration fees without recourse.

4. Fee Schedules & University Payments

Tuition fees are established by individual Vietnamese medical faculties and are payable directly to the official bank accounts of the chosen university. Abroad Study Experts charges transparent, agreed-upon service consultation fees for documentation, translation, apostille, and on-ground logistics. No capitation fees or unauthorized donations are ever requested.

5. Visa Issuance & Sovereign Discretion

While Abroad Study Experts maintains a near-100% visa success rate through meticulous dossier preparation, the sovereign authority to issue or deny an entry visa rests solely with the Embassy and Immigration Department of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of consultancy contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
